Service Process/Service Check-In

We are often asked how does the service process go? At Hall Bicycle, we try to make it as easy as possible!

We take service in-take any and all times we are open for business and do not require an appointment! When you bring your bike(s) to us, a service writer will work with you and your bike to discuss and address any needs or points of concern on the bike. We will collect your contact information and create a service ticket checking the bicycle into our system. At that point, we will provide a cost estimate, as well as an estimated turnaround time for the discussed service. We try our best to keep our service turnaround time at roughly 2 business days, that being said, during peak times of the season this may increase slightly. Once the service is completed, we will contact you via your preferred method (call, text, or email) and inform you that your bicycle is completed and ready to be picked up. Payment will be taken in full upon pick up the completed bicycle, and you will be ready to hit the trails!

*If a service/repair ticket estimate exceeds the value of said bicycle, Hall Bicycle Company does reserve the right to require a deposit in full prior to completing the requested service/repairs*

eBike Service:

With eBikes becoming an increasingly large part of the cycling industry, so does eBike service. When it comes to the bikes that we sell, and the product our service department puts out, we take safety, quality, and expertise extremely seriously. Our service department technicians are all trained and certified in the following eBike systems: Bosch, Shimano, Fazua, Hyena, TQ, and BEP. If your eBike has one of these systems, we are experts and would love the opportunity to perform service on it! Unfortunately, if an eBike has a system other than what is listed, due to safety and liability concerns, we are unable to perform any service that involves the bike’s electronic system. This includes disconnecting or reinstalling motors, batteries, or other electronic components. If the service on eBikes that have a system other than listed is strickly mechanical and does not involve the electronic system, we would love to assist you! If you have any questions at all, please call either of our locations to speak with a team member!
